Job Summary

At Petits Pains the role of “Baker” refers to but is not limited to production line tasks such as bread molder, bread cutter, bread folder, scale up person, dough loader/un-loader, line QC person, oven un-loader or product packer performing manual manipulation, insertion, inspection or removal of product and verifies that products meet specifications.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
